Lori Kleiman is an accomplished businessperson, entrepreneur, and leader. In her most recent corporate role, Ms. Kleiman orchestrated a group of 18 HR consultants nationally. She brought cutting edge HR techniques to the group and fostered a practical sense of HR to small businesses.

Jill will be presenting on Benefit Trends during these uncertain times and living through a pandemic. Throughout the presentation Jill will give an insight and update on the current workforce environment living and working with five different generations in the workforce today. Secondly, discuss benefit trends in this new work reality as well as discover what many experts are predicting the workforce in 2021. Lastly, uncovering the components of planning a total rewards program around what matters most to employees.

There will not be an actual chapter meeting on September 08, 2020. 

****UPDATE*** AS OF 08/28/2020

The 2020 SHRM State Conference originally scheduled for September will now be held half days October 14^th and 15^th virtually (tentatively 7:30a-12p on the 14^th and 8:30a to 12p on the 15^th.)  More information to come on registration.  

Instead all members are encouraged to attend the State SHRM Conference as they see fit.

Jean joined CAPTRUST in 2010 and serves as a Senior Vice President and principal financial advisor.  As a retirement plan consultant to corporate fiduciaries, she is motivated to improve retirement plan outcomes for plan sponsors and their participants by structuring solid governance processes and superior educational opportunities.

Mary Funk from Nyemaster Goode, PC

Mary regularly works with human resources professionals, counseling them on employment policies, hiring and firing, harassment and discrimination investigations, drug testing polices, noncompete agreements, and employee leave issues. She reviews and drafts corporate documents and employee handbooks and conducts employer training sessions to educate clients about changing and ongoing employment issues.
