    Losing a friend or family member is hard, now imagine when that person isn't related by blood, but associated by the blood, sweat and tears put in at your organization? When that person is a fellow collegue. 

    One of the trends that is on the rise is the level of grief that team members experience with the loss of loved ones and even co-workers, and how do you appropriately and empathetically handle those situations.
