Michele L. (Warnock) Brott, Davis Brown Law Firm

Michele is a shareholder of the firm’s Litigation Division, with an emphasis in labor and employment and business litigation. She represents employers across the spectrum, from small, local businesses to large multi-state employers, including start-ups, franchises, and large corporations to mitigate liability. Michele also advises and educates management about employee policies, including hiring, discipline, and discharge. She provides legal guidance related to civil rights claims, discrimination, drug testing, harassment, termination, wage & hour claims, FMLA, ADA, and unemployment claims and is a frequent speaker on these topics before business leaders, HR groups and others. Michele serves as an Assistant Editor for the Iowa Employment Law Letter and contributes articles about topics of interest to human resources professionals across Iowa.
