    BIO: Our speaker today has worked in HR for over three decades—which means he’s lived through fax machines, carbon copies, flip phones… and "my way or the highway leadership.” 

    Along the way, Coach Keith Shaw has watched HR evolve—and realized that leadership needs to evolve right along with it.
