The reasons that employees stay at employers may be surprising - According to LinkedIn’s Workforce Learning Report, 94 percent of employees say that they would stay at a company longer if it simply invested in helping them learn! This session will cover how to design training to meet employees’ needs. Discover how to make training engaging for the participants and effective for your organization.
