As the Total Rewards Director at the YMCA and CEO of The Sharell Group, she is committed to transforming individuals into impactful leaders at every level. Sharell has been a featured speaker for SHRM, World at Work, Payscale, and HRCI, among others, showcasing her deep expertise in HR management.

    In addition to her corporate leadership, Sharell excels as a consultant for startups and scaling businesses, providing strategic HR guidance on total rewards, compliance, and leadership development. She specializes in helping organizations transition from contractor-based to employee-based models, designing compensation structures, enhancing employee relations, and integrating HR technology. Her hands-on approach ensures startups have the foundation needed for sustainable growth.

    A SHRM Certified Senior Professional with an MBA from DeVry University, Sharell serves on the boards of Friends of Refugees and Atlanta Mission, offering her HR expertise to these causes. A proud native of Nassau, Bahamas, she now resides in Atlanta, Georgia, where she enjoys reading, singing, traveling, and spending time with her family.
