Our September Speaker will be Cassandra Halls
Topic: Gen Z in the Workforce
Cassandra Halls founded, 2 THE TOP in 2007 offering a wide variety of business consulting services to corporate, government, colleges, universities, and non-profit entities in Iowa. Areas of specialty include strategic planning, project management, research services, training facilitation, workforce recruitment and retention, succession planning and operations process improvements.
2 THE TOP focuses on delivering project outcomes as planned, in a timely fashion, driving innovation resulting in consistently exceeding expectations of clients. Halls spent 10 years of her career in public administration in Iowa and has also served in the Vice President role in both non-profit and corporate operations. Halls utilizes her broad perspective to drive solutions to the challenges encountered in many work environments.
