Sarah Peterson, RDN, LDN, CPhT, is passionate about living and teaching healthy overall health habits to all ages and believes the supermarket is the optimal environment for this. Community based, Sarah wants to help you and your family make smart, practical and attainable nutrition decisions. Sarah completed her bachelor's degree in Dietetics from Kansas State University in 2015, followed by a Dietetic Internship with Iowa State University in 2016. Before becoming a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Sarah worked in the Chariton Hy-Vee pharmacy for 10 years as a Certified Pharmacy Technician. Sarah remains a Certified Pharmacy Technician and feels the link between nutrition, medication and health is an important concept. Sarah loves being outdoors, gardening, enjoys great meals with friends and family and health related physical activity
