Identifying gaps within an organization is typically not an impossible task, but understanding the real issues that keep us from moving forward on those concerns can be an uphill battle. In this session you will explore how we as leaders can do a much better job of developing people by being highly effective coaches. Through an interactive exercise, we’ll understand the impact of the leader’s thinking and its enormous influence on the behavior of others. Participants will walk away with a new appreciation of the power of real support and a plan to bring out the best in others. Come prepared with employees in mind that could benefit from development efforts. You will learn how to engage and grow them during this interactive workshop.
