Chad Baxley will review some of the basic OSHA regulations that will pertain to employers, focusing on any changes in the past year, how government budgetary concerns will affect the upcoming year, the process of an inspection and guidelines for employers to handle surprise visits from OSHA. Kelly Hampton will review worker’s compensation in Iowa, including the latest regulations and how to best manage employee difficult claims.
