The 13th Annual Diversity Conference, an annual event held at Indian Hills Community College. The conference will take place on Friday, March 10, 2017, starting at 9 AM and ending by 3:30 PM. The conference is open to anyone who is interested in attending.
The conference will include two great keynote speakers, Don Bartletti and Joan Becker, as well as offer various pertinent diversity-related breakout sessions to attendees.
The mission of the conference is to educate attendees about diversity-related topics, including (but not limited to) the areas of education, religion, ethnicity, health, environment, gender/LGBTQ, age, and much more. With the growing importance of understanding diversity, this is a great way to learn more, to network, and to gain different perspectives on many issues.
Social Worker contact hours for Continuing Education (previously known as CEU’s) will also be awarded at the conference for those attendees who are interested.
