Richard Kennedy, who has served IowaWORKS since 2013, will be presenting a portion of the “A” game for the August chapter meeting.    Basically, the “A” game is a training for encumbent employees, in addition to the unemployed, that deals with 7 A’s such as Attitude, Appearance, etc.

IowaWORKS conducts trainings not only at the IowaWORKS site, but goes out to employers to train their employees.  Those attending the chapter meeting will actually be participating in a training so they can experience it for themselves.
